Not Ketogenic

This book's ingredients are not Keto. The very first recipe calls for 6 bananas, 2 apples, 2 pears and 2 plums. You can never enter ketosis let alone become Keto adapted with such a high fructose diet. The only Keto approved fruit are avocados and olives. This author has not bothered to research the basic principles of Keto and has zero understanding of the ketogenic diet. If you are looking for legitimate Keto information, you can read Keto Clarity by Jimmy Moore or Keto-Adapted by Maria Emmerich.

The good thing about this diet is the variety of foods you can eat without any problem and the recipes in this book are wonderful. So far I've only tried cooking Pies and they are spectacular !!! This diet is becoming more famous and everyone should try it. Without starving and with very delicious recipes for the whole family.

I have read different ketogenic diet guide, and I can say that this guide has a effective ketogenic tips for in practicing the diet. And this has also a lot of ketogenic recipes that will make you lose a pound daily. Recipes are just really easy to prepare and has only a few ingredients that can be found easily. I would definitely recommend this book to my friends and relatives. And will absolutely follow and prepare this recipes every day.
